Phone Answering

Phone answering service includes a private phone number answered in your company name for you to forward your phone to, or you can use one of our phone numbers. Your business information will be programmed into our computerized answering system. Your calls will always be answered by a LIVE VOICE, not a recording. Messages are typed into the system, not handwritten.

You can arrange for us to page you with all messages or for emergencies only. We can screen your calls and transfer any calls to you at your request. Messages are saved for one month and can be retrieved if necessary.
